• While connecting to Wi-Fi you need to make sure you are near the Altro Smart Lock
• You cannot update Wi-Fi remotely
• If you are still facing issues in Wi-Fi connection, the Wi-Fi internet signal may not be sufficient where the Altro Smart lock is installed. In such cases, please consider installing a Wi-Fi extender to enhance the Wi-Fi signal strength.
