Altro Smart Lock is connected to Wi-Fi but there is delay in operations. What can I do?

Altro Smart Lock connects to your Wi-Fi network to provide real-time updates and activity logs. If you are facing network connectivity issues such as delays in operation or disconnection, check below points to debug the issue-

Altro Smart Lock connects to your Wi-Fi network to provide real-time updates and activity logs. If you are facing network connectivity issues such as delays in operation or disconnection, check below points to debug the issue-

1. Wi-Fi signal strength needs to be at least between -50 dBm and -60 dBm. You can also check the signal strength in Wi-Fi settings. It should have 3 bars. 
2.  Altro Smart Lock works with both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. It is recommended to connect to the 2.4 GHz band for smart home devices.
3. The internet router should be present within 10 feet distance of Altro Smart Lock for best connectivity.
